NatstyBrick is based in Singapore, All shipments will be fulfilled by the local post office

FREE Shipping for Orders over USD$100
Orders will be shipped on average 10 business day after the order payment is clear. (Business days exclude weekends)

Shipment on Weekends is not available as the local post office is closed.
*Tracking data may differ depending on the customer's domestic Post system. e.g certain country post systems may not update tracking data.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at natstybricks@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you to return shipping instructions. The buyer will bear the costs of returning the goods plus an admin fee of USD$3 will be included for packaging wastage.
